Special scholarship opportunity

You may be eligible to receive scholarship support for the M.S. in Child Development with Infancy and New Language Learners concentration through a special grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). The OSEP scholarship will cover up to 21 credits of tuition expense for the program — this translates to roughly $21,630 in scholarship support.

In exchange for the scholarship funding, you will commit to working in early intervention for two years for each year of funding received. For example, if you receive the OSEP scholarship for two years, your service requirement will be to work in early intervention for four years. For more information about the OSEP scholarship and to discuss your eligibility for funding, please contact Dr. Pam Epley at [email protected].

Effective partnerships require professionals who demonstrate cultural responsiveness and humility. The Infancy and New Language Learners concentration prepares early intervention professionals to recognize and build upon the strengths and values of all families.
